We are instructed by a wide variety of clients, ranging from small, high street firms to Top 20 solicitors. We are frequently instructed by in-house lawyers within trade unions and professional associations, as well as medium-sized and multinational corporations. We have recently been appointed to the Disability Rights Commission’s litigation panel, to provide advice and representation in cases funded by the DRC. The Group delivers regular seminars on employment law as part of the Chambers’ programme of continuing education seminars, which are approved by the Law Society for the purpose of CPD hours. Members of the Group also lecture in-house for solicitors, advice agencies and at conferences. |
