Suzanne Palmer practises primarily in employment law, and also in civil law. She is the editor of the 2 Gray’s Inn Square Chambers Employment Law Update and has contributed to books and written articles on employment law, including a New Law Journal article on the statutory grievance procedures in June 2007. She appeared in Burns v Consignia plc [2004] IRLR 425, EAT, concerning ET and EAT procedure and striking out, and in Lodwick v London Borough of Southwark [2004] EWCA Civ 306. |

Adam Ohringer has a successful civil practice with an emphasis on Employment Law. He frequently appears before the Employment Appeal Tribunal and he represented the successful Appellant before the Court of Appeal in McDougall v Richmond Adult Education College [2008] EWCA Civ 4. His article on the recent House of Lords decision in Lewisham v Malcolm [2008] UKHL 43 appeared in the August issue of ELA Briefing. Adam is a trustee of the Fulham Legal Advice Centre and provides advocacy training to solicitors through the ELA. |
