Sabhui Chaudry
  Sabuhi has been exclusively practising in family law throughout her career at the Bar having trained at two of the specialist family sets in the country. She has an established and busy practice dealing with all aspects of public law (representing local authorities, guardians and parents) as well as private law children and ancillary relief matters, including a number of reported cases and articles. She has a particular interest in religious and cultural issues arising in family law matters and cases involving an international element. She is fluent in Punjabi and has conversational Urdu and Hindi.

Daniel Kingsley

  Daniel has a wide ranging family practice encompassing all aspects of public and private law children cases. He acts for local authorities, children and parents in care, adoption, wardship, residence and contact proceedings. He has a particular interest in human rights law and is co-chair of the human rights charity CCJO.RenéCassin, which he has represented on many occasions at United Nations and OSCE human rights meetings.

Senior District Judge
 
  Philip Waller is the Senior District Judge of the Principal Registry of the Family Division and was formerly in practice at 2 Gray’s Inn Square Chambers.
