Surinder Bhakar is a widely experienced common law practitioner who now specialises in housing, landlord and tenant and real property law. He acts for both landlords and tenants notably in substantial disrepair, nuisance and possession cases. Surinder Bhakar is a member of the Property Bar Association and Housing Law Practitioners’ Association. |

Since qualifying, Nik has specialised in the area of housing law, briefly in local government and then with legal aid firms until he joined Shelter in 2002, where he has practised ever since. His work encompasses all aspects of housing law at all levels. He has led seminars for HLPA and has trained for HLPA, Shelter and the LSC. He is a member of HLPA. |
