| Surinder Bhakar is a widely experienced common law practitioner who now specialises in housing, landlord and tenant and real property law. He acts for both landlords and tenants notably in substantial disrepair, nuisance and possession cases. | Daniel Kingsley is a member of the HLPA and specialises in Housing, Landlord and Tenant and Property Law. He has appeared before the Court of Appeal on a number of occasions and is regularly instructed in the High Court and county courts.
