Michael appears regularly in Employment Tribunals as well as the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He covers every aspect of employment law. He has published articles on employment law and in particular on insolvent employers. He has a weekly legal advice column in Pulse Magazine (a journal for doctors). |

Suzanne Palmer

Suzanne Palmer practises primarily in employment law, and also in civil law. She is the editor of the 2 Gray’s Inn Square Chambers Employment Law Update and a past contributor to Sweet & Maxwell’s Encyclopedia of Employment Law and Tottel’s Employment Tribunals Handbook. She appeared in Burns v. Consignia plc [2004] IRLR 425, EAT, concerning ET and EAT procedure and striking out, and in Lodwick v. London Borough of Southwark [2004] EWCA Civ 306, concerning ET and EAT procedure, bias allegations and costs orders. She has published articles including one in the New Law Journal in June 2007 on breach of contract claims and the Statutory Grievance Procedures. |

Christopher Bryden

| Chris joined Chambers in October 2006 following completion of his pupillage. Since then he has built a busy practice covering all aspects of Chambers’ work. He has recently succeeded in the EAT in a case involving the application of the without prejudice rule in the employment setting. Chris also has an extensive paper practice covering pleadings and advice on all areas of the law. Chris is a regular contributor of articles to the Solicitor’s Journal and New Law Journal (with Michael Salter). |
