Surinder Bhakar
LLB(Hons) LLM(Cantab) - year of call 1986
 
Surinder Bhakar is an experienced common law practitioner who specialises in landlord and tenant and housing law. He acts for both landlords and tenants in substantial disrepair, unlawful eviction and possession cases. He is a member of the specialist Property Bar Association and the Housing Law Practitioners' Association.

Daniel Kingsley is a member of the Housing Law Practitioner's Association and specialises in Housing, Landlord and Tenant and Property Law. He acts for both landlord and tenants, including local authorities, RSLs and private clients.
     
Victoria Williams

Dr. Victoria Williams - year of call 1995
 
Victoria Williams is an editor of The White Book and is General Editor of the Personal Injury Claims Manua. She is the author of The Civil Procedure Handbook (Oxford University Press 2004-2006) and several other books. She has a practice with an accent on Landlord and Tenant, Housing and Property work. She sits as a Deputy Costs Judge (Deputy Master).
   
     
  > Nik Antoniades of Shelter
   
Nik Antoniades is a housing law specialist and a member of the Housing Law Practitioner's Association. He qualified as a solicitor in 1994 following traineeship at a commercial West End firm. After qualifying, he worked for the legal departments of Southwark Council and Islington Council. He was in private practice from 1996 until 2002, when he joined Shelter Legal Services.
