  Milan Dulovic is a true employment specialist having handled numerous cases in the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He lectures externally and in-house to solicitors and HR professionals on practical employment law issues and appeared for the Appellant in Bowman v Fels [2005] EWCA Civ 226, in which the Court of Appeal clarified the extent of a lawyer’s duty to report suspicions about their clients to the authorities under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.

  Suzanne Palmer practises primarily in employment law, employment-related civil disputes (breach of contract, accidents at work etc), Environmental, Public Health and Regulatory Law. She contributes to Sweet & Maxwell’s Encyclopedia of Employment law and is also the editor of the 2 Gray's Inn Square Chambers' Employment Law Update

  Adam Ohringer has a successful civil practice with an emphasis on Employment Law. He frequently appears before the Employment Appeal Tribunal and is a trustee of the Fulham Legal Advice Centre and provides advocacy training to solicitors through the Employment Lawyers Association.

  Anthony Snelson is a Tribunal Chairman sitting at London South Employment Tribunal. We are delighted to have the contribution of Mr. Snelson to this seminar. He will give an overview of the new regulations and address those areas of particular concern to the Tribunals themselves.

  Director of Corporate Recovery at KPMG. With her wealth of experience of dealing with forced sales of insolvent businesses as Receiver or Liquidator she will be able to give us tips on issues which will arise under the new regulations in the context of insolvency issues.
