His Honour Judge Nic Madge:
 
Presently HHJ Madge is a Circuit Judge sitting at Harrow Crown Court.  Prior to his appointment as a District Judge (sitting at West London County Court) he was a partner with Bindman and Partners, solicitors, heading their Housing Department. He is a Member of the Senior Editorial Board of Civil Procedure (The White Book) and he writes regularly on law and procedure. He was a member of the Joint Working Party of the Bar and Law Society on Civil Procedure (Heilbron/Hodge) and of Lord Woolf's Housing Working Party. He is a member of the Civil Justice Council, the Judicial Studies Board tutor team and has been a member of the Civil Justice Housing and Land Committee since 2001.
     
Peter Leighton

Peter Leighton (year of call 1966):
  Peter is a senior property practitioner specialising in landlord and tenant, housing and general property disputes. He has appeared in a number of reported landlord and tenant cases in the Court of Appeal and is currently a part time Chairman of the London Rent Assessment Committee and the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
     
Surinder Bhakar

Surinder Bhakar (year of call 1986):
 
Surinder is an experienced common law practitioner who specialises in landlord and tenant and housing law. He acts for both landlords and tenants in substantial disrepair, unlawful eviction and possession cases. He is a member of the specialist Property Bar Association and the Housing Law Practitioners' Association.
     
James Holmes-Milner

James Holmes-Milner (year of call 1989):
 
James is an experienced landlord and tenant, property and housing lawyer. He has appeared before the Court of Appeal in real property and landlord and tenant claims and is regularly instructed in the HIgh Court and County Courts. His clients include public and local authorities, housing associations and private clients

Daniel Kingsley (year of call 1994):
  Daniel is a member of the Housing Law Practitioner's Association and specialises in Housing, Landlord and Tenant and Property Law. He has appeared before the Court of Appeal on a number of occasions and is regularly instructed in the High Court and County Court. He acts for both landlords and tenants, including Local Authorities, Registered Social Landlords and private clients.
     
> Dr. Victoria Williams (year of call 1995):
  Victoria is an editor of The White Book and is General Editor of the Personal Injury Claims Manual. She is the author of The Civil Procedure Handbook (Oxford University Press 2005, 2005) and several other books. She has a practice with an accent on Landlord and Tenant, Housing and Property work.
