Milan Dulovic
>
Milan Dulovic (year of call 1982) specialises in employment law issues but has some interesting property cases primarily in the area of constructive trust/ proprietary estoppel disputes between cohabitees about beneficial interests in land. He acted for the appellant in Bowman v Fels  [2005] EWCA Civ 226, a case in which the ambit of Part VII of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 was considered for the first time by the Court of Appeal with important (and welcome) ramifications for all lawyers involved in the litigation process. Milan is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Employment Law Bar Association.
     
     
Francis Moraes
>
Francis Collaço Moraes (year of call 1985) is a commercial Chancery practitioner. His practice covers property law, commercial landlord and tenant, commercial law, insolvency and professional negligence. He is listed in Legal 500 as a leading junior in insolvency. His entry in Legal 500 in the category for Property Litigation notes he is much appreciated for his 'user friendly approach and commercial advice. He is a member of the Bar Pro Bono Unit and accepts instructions under the Direct Professional Access Scheme and BarDirect.
