Gabrielle Jan Posner (year of call 1984): Gaby has established a busy practise dealing with all aspects of public and private law children cases, including care work, disputes about residence and contact, adoption and wardship proceedings. She is the author of numerous articles for a variety of legal journals and is a regular contributor to the "In Practice" section of Family Law. in addition, she has an interest in education law and sits as a member of the Educational Appeals Panel for Harringey Council. |

Judith Spooner (year of call 1987): Judith has been practising for some 17 years, the majority of that exclusively in family law. She has also trained as a mediator and feels that having an adversarial and a mediatory background gives her a significant advantage in trying to settle matters amicably, but being able to fight well should that approach not work! Judith has lectured on pensions in divorce to a mainly solicitor based clientele. |
